Hanvo’s manufacturing facility is located in Rudong town, Jiangsu, China. The facility stretches out to approximately 430,000 + m2 employing around 1,500 people working in various departments to produce exceptional hand protection products. We take pride in producing arm protection solutions that provide maximum safety without compromising comfort. We do this through rigorous R&D efforts, proprietary technologies, and by putting our customer’s needs at the forefront of our product development.
We believe that automation is the best method to future-proof our facility. In line with this, our facility has over 43 automated production lines with a monthly production capacity of 18 million gloves. Lean manufacturing methodologies are applied throughout our entire production process, adding only value-driven activities in order to increase our efficiency. Additionally, we utilize a powerful ERP system to achieve a seamless end-to-end manufacturing process ensuring every product within our facility is fully traceable.
